  • If you add any additional services or extend the stay they will be charged at the time you made the request
  • Client supplies pets food
  • No pet bedding, bowls or glass allowed
  • You are free to drop off and pick up your pets anytime within our posted lobby hours
  • Vaccination records must remain current while pets are in our care                                                                                                                        CATS: FELV, FVRCP, Rabies   DOGS: Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies
  • Discounted  pet rates apply if they are FAMILY PETS and SHARE the same boarding room
  • Discounts can ONLY be applied to full priced items
  • BOARDING PACKAGES: Do Not Expire
  • There is NO sharing, splitting or combining of any Boarding packages between pets
  • ANY Boarding package REFUNDS will be based off the current day rate for each day that has been used from the purchased package. Remember you purchase them on a discount so when you recount the used days back to the current booarding rate there might not be a difference for the usused days and you can lose days. If there is a remaining difference of money that is what will be refunded.
  • If your pet is found to have fleas/ticks a mandatory dip is required at owners expense by our groom shop
  • We have a right to refuse services
  • We DO REPORT animal cruelty to Peoria animal control

We understand not all pets like to be in a group or play well with others so we have fixed that with our daycare option.
•Only allow 8 dogs in our daycare per each day
•each dog is rotated throughout their day -one on one care is provided to your dog(s) by a staff member
•Daycare is closed a few days before and after each major holiday
